Out of Hours Service

You can’t always choose when you need help and support. With this in mind NRG can offer its customers a 24 hours / 7 day a week hotline. This allows you to speak with an NRG expert any time of the day or night. This can be provided to maintenance plan and non maintenance plan customers alike.

For planned maintenance and installation work it’s also possible to provide on site engineers at times of the day to suit your operational planning requirements. Engineers are available across the country outside hours on standby to respond to customer requests.
